Kegerator Wont Start

    Hi all, my Viking kegerator wont start. It had a bit of ice in it when my wife cleaned it today so she unplugged it. Now it wont restart. Threw the GFI when I plugged it in, but when I plugged it in a non GFI outlet it didnt throw the breaker but is still not starting.
    Its an outdoor unit, it has been raining a ton today and Im not sure whats going on.
    Any ideas?
