I got a kegerator a few months ago and have gone through a few commercial kegs, of course in sankeys. I finally got around to brewing a pale ale to keg for myself, and now I have connection issues. The sankey connection has a barb gas in line and a flare liquid out, so I bought the corresponding ball lock valves for my corny keg from More Beer. Unfortunately, the ball lock connections are way (WAY!) smaller than what I have. There doesnt appear to be other ball lock sizes available. Help!
    Thanks.

Sound like your keg is a pin lock keg. Do the conections have pins sticking out of them?

No. I've been using standard commercial sankey hookups. The new keg is a standard corny with ball lock connections. I think I can just hose clamp the crap out of the gas side and be OK. The beer side is a problem. I need a double female flare thats 1/4 on one side and 5/8 (or whatever the standard sankey is) on the other-- I'm sure that doesnt exist. Northern Brewer sells a more complicated commercial-to-homebrew conversion kit, but it looks like $60 worth of connectors.
