I want to upgrade to 5 gallon corny kegs instead of bottling. My questions are; Do I need to have a kegerator and tap with a CO2 tank or can you just force carbonate it, then use a tap like I would at a college party and pump it? Does this method suck? Can I drink some, take off the tap and keep storing the keg or is it tap it and finish it? Thanks for your input! -Jared
