First time at the brewery last Saturday and what a awesome place in the middle of nowhere!!!!! Cans/bottles to go, on-site bottles for consumption, tap list had a lot of variety. Worth the hour drive for us!!!! We will definitely be back soon! Keep it up guys

    • Special Thanksgiving re-release: On Wednesday November 27 during our Thanksgiving retail hours we will be releasing the last bottles of Canes; a Connecticut wild ale brewed on our farm with our friends from @foxfarmbeer in July 2018. Wort made from Connecticut barley and wheat grown and malted by @thrallfamilymalt was whirpooled around whole raspberry plants (canes) in our lauter tun before a fermentation in stainles steel with wild yeast and bacteria from each of our breweries.
    • Pours a bright golden yellow with a subdued acidity and tannic quality to incept throughts of whole cartons of freshly picked berries being crammed into a wine barrel.
    • Limit two per customer. $16 each.
