Ah, I understand now. Hopefully Tex can chime in, but I guess we've had enough math for now.

So here is the actual context of the tweet:
"2014 BBomb going in first of 250 bourbon barrels. Yum. pic.twitter.com/NQPwHV6ID0"

So it does seem like they are talking about containers and not the beer total.

I don't care how many barrels or gallons etc. they make, as long as I won't have to stand in line or wear a wristband to buy the beer. The only time I want to wear a wristband is when I'm admitted to the hospital. :stuck_out_tongue:
Keep doin' whatcha doin' Fremont. We love it.

I walked in to Pear Market, Derek greets me and says "I'll bet you're here for some KDS" and shows me a case he just got in.
A FYI if anyone is looking for it.

Any chance you could bring down an extra bottle for the HOTD anniversary party... assuming you either have some extra or see some the next time you're at the store (in other words, don't go out of your way)? I don't really have anything to trade right now, so I'd have to just pay you for it, but your first glass of Matt, Bob or AFTW would be on me. :-)

Very cool. Have to confess that this has been on my "wants" list for some time now.

    Thanks Larry!

That probably won't change after you've had a glass.

Plenty still left at Fremont. None left at Bottleworks. Plenty at Chucks behind the counter for $17.99 (as of evening of 10/16).

Anyone in North Seattle can get some @ Northgate QFC, $16.99 I believe. They had some Cowiche too.

Saw 8 or 9 bottles still at Total Wine (Lynnwood). $15.99 I think.

Market Time in Fremont has a whole bunch, but it's a little steep... $18.99, i think.

Just picked up 2 more on lunch! This years is so damn amazing...can't help myself. Also, the new trifecta is insanely awesome (wish they'd growler fill). Also, there is much more B-Bomb this year than KDS. Furthermore, apparently there really might be 250 barrels of B-Bomb next year. Fremont is by far the largest barrel aged beer producing brewery in the State of WA.

And I drove to the brewery literally as soon as I got home from work on release day, and the day after. When will I learn?

What I find interesting is that Fremont seems to do a couple of styles particularly well: low ABV session beers and big bold barrel-aged strong beers. I can't think of too many other breweries that excel at such vastly different approaches to beer, which speaks to their skill as brewers.

Anyone that goes to the UBG needs to try the DS on nitro with oak, hazelnut, and smoked peppercorn. It might be better than KDS, that stuff is awesome.

Central Waters in Amherst, WI is one brewery that immediately springs to mind, though their low ABV offerings are not held in nearly as high esteem as Fremont's stuff.
