Hey guys, quick question: How were you guys notified the lottery registration was happening? I'm a past winner (and loser, lol) and I never got an email or anything saying the registration had begun. I even checked my old spam and nada...needless to say I missed out! Thanks!

If you're planning to try beers other than Citra don't do what I do and start by chugging 3 citra really fast because citra... bye bye palate. also be careful at the lodge.. that's where babies nickname citra get made.. true story

 

Weekend booked. Time to enjoy some Kern and Citra.

 

0 for 3 for me in the lottery. 2 of my friends won. I did hear they're doing away with the lottery for the citra? Must be because they're going to be up and running with their expansion soon?

 

First part of November is when they start brewing in the new brewery.

 

I mean, I'd be lying if I didn't say that weekend I'm driving up no matter what. But damn, I'm on dat second chance attempt cause none of the circle of close friends landed a winning ticket.

 

I was going up regardless so it's nice to have some bottles to come back with. My friends didn't win so they'll be getting a bottle each.

 

Well, shit.

 

I didn't win...again. But one of the four of us did. Doesn't matter we were planning on spending the night in Kernville regardless. Motel reserved. Will get Citra. Will have second chance at bottles.

 

Didn't see my rejection email until now, it went into my junk folder. Oh well, I'll try for the second sale and will definitely go up for some Citra on draft!
