    I don't think they'll be ready to brew early Nov. Maybe December?

    You're correct. Like Eric mentioned earlier did were hoping to be able to give tours during the Citra release but probably would not be up and running yet. The brew house isn't delivered yet and then there is setup and plumbing to do.

    all this talk bout citra and second chance...I am on my 3rd growler pour of dirty hippie. I hope dh and class X will be available n 12 days.

    Winter DIPA = 5th Anniversary?
    Yea, I think they will (or should) be brewing the winter dipa on their new system.

    I wouldn't say I like it more than Citra, but it's right up there for sure. Love the winter dipa.
