    Thanks, glad you like it. Its pretty much the same hop bill (less Citra, more Mosaic) I used in Think Tank #3, but has Thomas Fawcett Golden Promise instead of 2row/Munich mix. Maltiness is similar, just not as dry.

    Food: Shrimp Ceviche, Meatball Sandwich and more.
    Entertainment: Joe's Tent House Revival

    Anybody here get the latest JO bottles in the LA/OC area? Just this last week or 2? Both bottles I bought had a little bit of sediments on the bottom. Not sure if it was a little old. Never know when the bottles are dated because I never see the box it came in. But I thought the taste was slightly off. Not bad. Haven't opened the 2nd bottle yet. It's still drinkable for sure. Just pour slow. :grinning:

    Last bottle I had was disappointing. Flavor and mouthfeel were off. That was back in April though and, like you, I have no idea how fresh it was. There have been so many great IPAs out recently that I've actually been skipping JO ever since (which would have sounded CRAZY to me a year or so ago).

    ^ I'm 100% with you. JO used to be my favorite single IPA. Then mid-late 2014 I kept getting bottles that just werent anything special. They weren't old...they were just very average. I no longer drink it. I prefer Shuttle Bunny to it these days
