Kern River Citra in SD?

    Not sure about last night, but I had it at Toronado on Wednesday afternoon and it was definitely under carbonated and completely lacked head. It was still decent, but didn't stand up to the Class X I've had in the past.

    Had it last night at Encinitas Ale House and it was ok, not stellar like I've had in the past. Seemed either more malty or a few weeks old. I talked to guys who had it at O'Briens and they thought it was really good.

    Had a taste of it this afternoon while waiting for the barrel stuff to hit the taps. I thought it was OK, but really good would be stretching it. Stouts can be a very individual thing, though.

    I was referring to Citra, not Class X.
