    Isnt Lagunitas Aunt Sally a kettle soured IPA?

    Yes that beer actually would top pfriems sour IPA for me, it's amazing. I thought it was an IPA fermented with wild yeast though.

    They kettle sour it because the high ibu would hinder bacteria, and they use brett to ferment it. While it utilizes wild yeast, the brewer considers it an ipa. Well, ipa primatif.
