I'm not sure too many people with DBD would do that, personally. I would believe most would wait for b2 KBBS and not give up something crazy if they don't have to.

Also, to stay on topic, if I had a King Henry I would probably trade it for either of your proposed offers assuming I hadn't had any of those beers before.

Most likely, assuming you're willing to trade into the U.S. and deal with high shipping costs and customs/etc.

I don't think Rare would come close to getting DBD 1:1. Rare can be gotten for much less. Not really sure I'd call DBD an instawhale....

    191, but still.

PVM BM was crazy good, but there's also going to be future batches of it. DBD is one and done (presumably), so that's what is really driving the price when coupled with the small bottle count. 240ish 12oz bottles is just not that much out there, and a lot of people who made the trip, waited in line, etc. are going to want to actually drink it.

I wonder if it's even that good. I get why the hype, but it really feels like a "you are better off drinking the beer you'd have to trade to get it" situation. In this case even more so than usual.

If you have an armand and tommy to do that deal let me know. I could get it done in the states for you as I still have mine. Then you could just replace my bottle.
