Did they ever hit CF or the Loo. My brother and I were in and out of town several times today. As of 7 it had not made it or had come and gone so quickly we missed it.

Wanted to road trip, but kids let out of school early yesterday cause of heat. Never even got hot. Was 1/2 there Wed.(out and about fishing) but I didn't know if it was ready then or not.

Not gonna lie, some of you people think TGs beer tastes a little better then it does... Don't get me wrong they are one of 3 breweries I could drink forever, but jesus, it is beer. Nothing else.

Waaaa I couldn't get King Sue now I have to drink NG Scream or in a couple months Abrasive how will the world continue. I just do not understand why people care so much about this shit.

(yes I know it is a site about beer) I have been here for a while and people did not used to shit there pants for every drop off of beer.

And you are welcome for genius insight!:sunglasses:

They come to the Cedar Falls Wine/Spirits and the Waterloo HyVee.

CF Wine and Spirits got put on a time out because they were gouging hard. 10.99 for Sue, etc.

The one case at each was sold out in an hour. Hit shelves around 10 AM today.

Seriously had little else to do. Been off all week. Running kids to school. Picking them up. Football practices, music lessons, so I've been pretty much waiting on a beer truck.

    Sold out really quick.

I got the 4th to last bottle around 10:30 in Waterloo. They kept it under the counter in Cedar Falls, so at 10:45, not sure what they had left.

Drinking a Sosus with a buddy.

It's tasting so well, just to let everyone know! It has a piney presence that I don't recall from the "two whole drinks" I've ever had before; the in yo face citrus-ness is still of course but alongside other hop notes. Anyway, love this beer. So glad I'm able to enjoy this in my own home. Thank you Toppling Goliath. King Sue to come this weekend.

I literally stood up and clapped for this.

I just got back from 515 Brewing in Des Moines. Had their DART Dodger and thought, "Damn, this is probably one of the best IPAs in the state". Immediately forgot about this whole deal today. At the end of the day, its just beer. It's not like you can sell it for $200+.

^^^absolutely agree that 515 Brewing is cranking out some of the best IPAs in the state. Most stand right next to TG in quality and one or two may rival.......I'm looking at you Hopititis C.

Replace every mention of a beer or brewery with the words "Kim Kardashian" and then look yourself in the mirror. We have all become little girls with Kurt Cameron and Toppling Goliath posters on our walls.

I have no problem saying some of the best beers in the state! There are only a few that I've steered clear from. Castaway Porter is not one of them. Keep in mind that these guys do this as a hobby, not as their job.

Oh, Kurt Cameron. I loved you on Growing Aches. And that episode where you played CJ's cousin Steve on Full Home was terrific.

Do jokes about people getting Kirk Cameron's name wrong really just highlight that I'm older than most of y'all?
