Wondering how often this is beer is brewed, and is it bottled? If so, is a bottle of Upright Fantasia (batch 1) a fair trade? Thanks!
Brewed twice I believe. Was just bottled for the first time a few weeks ago. Can't comment on whether or not that's fair because I have no idea of the trade value of Fantasia...
You would be giving up way too much. You should be able to land a King Sue with a small growler of Hop Venom. Both amazing beers.
What he said. Just had my first King Sue tonight, it was excellent. But Fantasia is amazing and I would never trade an awesome AWA for a DIPA. But thats just me.
King Sue has been bottled once, and the bottles sold out within the hour at most of the few places that got it. Love to know if/when they'll be making more, but so far no word. I would suggest waiting for a new KS release, as Toppling Goliath has recently switched to focusing almost exclusively on bottling, which could mean a much larger run of King Sue.
