Sweet, that means it should hopefully be at the brewery for the Citra pickup!

Picking up a growler tonight at Knee Deep. Big fan of this beer and I hope it becomes a regular.

It it was KD (which I love) and RR you would get a a septuple IPA that was 120 IBU and was $20 a bomber but nobody could get because they only made 1 batch :astonished:

for the people going up to Kern, they aren't selling it at the brewery. They said they aren't allowed to. They do have a keg of it tho. Also not available across the street at the market

Small point of clarification. Deep River is a collaboration that has been brewed at both locations. What we have on tap right now is the second batch brewed at our location. We are doing growler fills of this while it lasts. The batch brewed at Knee Deep is the one being bottled and distributed across California (and elsewhere). We can serve it on premises, but we would have to buy it from Knee Deep's distributor and then sell it at that mark-up, which doesn't make a ton of sense. Our license does not cover selling beer from another establishment for off-premise consumption.

Anyway. We have a batch of it that we brewed on tap. Looking forward to trying the Knee Deep batch very soon.

Eric, our group all thought that KD was one of the best beers amongst many this weekend. Great job on that, between the six of us we probably filled six growlers to take home with us today. It was a great vibe Saturday and Saturday night when we all came back for night caps and desert.

    Cheers,

Kern's batch of Deep River DIPA was excellent at the brewery this weekend. Was able to try this new collab with Knee Deep next to Citra DIPA and it lived up to it's hype. If there was much hype on it. I just heard from word of mouth that it was very good. Filled a few growlers with this gem. Happy camper…….
I wonder how the Knee Deep batch is going to taste? Hope to score a bottle or two of it when it shows up in the local stores to compare the two. No Citra! No problem. Deep River filled the void and its a better substitute. Only problem IMO is that the bottles coming from Knee Deep will probably be priced high. Most all of their bottles are on the high side. Growlers fills at KRBC were a cool sixteen us dollars.
