Krausen not subsiding

    I've had the same issue every time I've used 1318. Racked under each time

    Sounds weird but what I cant rack under the beer. Its 100 L in a Conical?

    Any reason you haven't cold crashed the batch to ~35F once you hit FG? That'll drop the krausen and also clear up the brew considerably (by dropping the yeast out of suspension) in a couple days.

    If you're wanting for crystal clear beer, utilizing gelatin finings a day or two after cold crashing will aid in dropping the haze as well.
