How far off is this, if it is at all? Both are brewery only, both $30-$35 (correct me if I am wrong), not sure how close the bottle counts for both are but if I were to guess I would say V014 had more. I Would love to get my hands on a couple V014, so I'm just trying to figure out my options. Would love to hear what you guys think - Cheers!
'14 KRE ~3,000 bottles at $30 (limit 36 bottles pp) V014 ~ 1,600 bottles at $40 (limit 3 pp) I think you would need to add to the KRE to pull a V014 but you'll never know until you try!
Wow didnt realize the limit was so high for the KRE. Thats the type of info I'm looking for, thank you. A KRE + another brewery only then possibly? Of Course depending on what it is exactly
Yeah, I'd think it's possible depending on what it is. The real challenge is the relative abundance of KRE among people that got it ... and, of course, the perception that $30 for a 375 is crazy! ;-) I get that eisbocks aren't cheap to make. But, even still, for me, though I want a KRE I'm very reluctant to trade $30 worth of great beer for 1 roughly 12 oz bottle.
