BB4d was $8/bottle so that's where the confusion was. You're right, a few dollars difference per bottle can add up pretty quickly.

Thanks for the info. I stand corrected.

Brutal is a ridiculous word TBH...Its fine and drinking real nice on tap imo...In the bottle, yeah it needs to mellow out a little but to call it "brutal" is wrong..

One of the fellas bottling the beer said to me that this year's would be tasting excellent in 6-8 months. Take that for what its worth.

Last year's 4D is 8.99 here, and still on two shelves I know of.

$7.99 at my local distributor in LI for regular 4D (never saw BB4D show up here), but could easily be a $2-3 markup if your trade partner is buying it in the boroughs of NYC.

    Sorry,
Try this - It's like a little flower that needs water. Bees buzz around it with high expectation but wait to land intil the flower has reached it's peak? Happy little bees and beutiful flower.

Eh screw it - it's brutal compared to last years.

The bottles that they released in the 2nd wave after Winter Solstice are drinking much, much better than that batch they had at Solstice. IMO they rushed those bottles out.
