I bought two bottles of Kuhnhenn raspberry eisbock from the 2012 release. Drank one, loved the stuff, but still have the other. Any of you guys have experience drinking these with some age vs drinking them fresher? Thanks

Just opened my only bottle on July 4th so I can't make any comparisons. It had a heavy raspberry jam flavor.

Had the 07' last December and it was sublime.

Any review I have read of the older ones, it seems as if the sweetness fades, bur not the raspberry. This is fine with me, maybe I will hold on to my last bottle

I've had a a bunch of the 07s and most recent being January. Excellent beer, the raspberry fades slightly and molasses comes through. I still have one left from 07, it should be fine in another year as well.
