I liked the blueberry sour as well. Cherry was really good too... So was the blonde waitress.

The wheat wine on cask was incredible at the RO Summer beer Fest.

I'll see you guys there Friday night. Someone needs to reserve a table for BA members so we can chat in real life! Issue 126 of MI beer Guide says they will release BBA4D & TRIPA!

It says may - june 2013. I did a tour there and they dont have a ton of barrels so I believe they are still making BA4D...a good surprise.

I put it in the Google calendar I share with my wife as soon as they announced the data. This one's a little easier of a sell to her since she loves wheat beers, but I know there will be plenty there for me to enjoy as well. Trying to figure out arrangements for the boy, but I'll most definitely be there.

For the regulars, any annual releases at this one?

Just a bunch of wheat beers. Nothing too crazy special.

Last year's Summer Solstice was mostly dominated by mead bottles (the "botanicals" line-up, more specifically).

2011 SS saw bottles of Vintage Ale, Imperial Bourbon Barrel Braggot, Solar Eclipse, Winter Wonder, Hefeweizen, and the Saison.

Looks like only the TRIPA and BB4D this time around........but........you can never really bet on that being 100%.

As long as Play in the Hay (sour wheat) comes back I'll be happy. That stuff was so good last year.
