Thinking about driving up there on Saturday from sandusky ohI was wondering do they keep the beer list up to date and what should I get in growlers. Also what are some good bottles I should get. And last thing is there any beer stores close by
http://www.kbrewery.com/b_on_tap.html From what I've been told, it's up to date. My computer is screwed up and I can't see the tap list, but they had the Imperial Creme Brulee last time I checked.
yes champagnes is around the corner, online is sometimes up to date but never know. bottles i would deffinetly get the wheat wine and skip weizen bock. try some meads also
I haven't been there in a couple weeks, but I follow them on Facebook. That list looks ok, but they will post the taplist on FB from time to time and that is more accurate. As for what meads and bottles they have in stock, I think that's just a you have to go and see. Champagnes is right around the corner and one of the best beer/wine stores in the area. It may be a little out of the way but you could also try Holiday Market in Royal Oak on main street. Also one of the best places around for beer.
The seem to post pictures of their current taplist on Facebook every few weeks, so you might be able to post a request on their page for an updated photo. The menu on their official website has accurate descriptions of their beers and covers most, but not all, of what's on tap. I was also just out there on Saturday. Can't go wrong with a growler of their (gold medal winning) DRIPA. I'm trying to remember what other stuff they had available in bottles. If I recall, they had: Dark Heathen Triple Bock Winter Wonder lager Prometheus Braggot Michigan Wheat Wine Weizenbock (not positive on this one) I left with a growler of DRIPA and a six pack of wheatwine.
