anyone brewed anything fun yet with kveik? i'm going to do a shed fermentation in the upcoming months. just curious about grist.
I plan on using mostly pilsner, a bit of white wheat and some belgian biscuit in mine here shortly. Mainly just a good saison grain bill, and then fermenting with Sigmund's Voss Kveik. I may do some white wine blending with it if the flavor would benefit from it. It's been in the kegerator @ 15psi for 4 days now, but in the interest of science, I'll pull a sample when I get home and post some tasting notes...really, I don't mind
