LA BA's...Walnut Hill?

    My bro is thinking about heading that way later today and asked me to post this for him. Kind of a drive for, so he wanted to know about any interesting items that would make it worth the trip. Thanks for any advice.

    I am not familiar with this city. There is a Walnut around the LA area.

    At first, I thought this was a word combination of Walnut Liquorette and Lone Hill which are sort of "related." They're both in the same general vicinity (Walnut/Glendora).

    That's too far of a drive and while he may (or may not) find a gem at either of those two spots, there are several options within the city that he can go to that are just as good or better. Check Ramirez Liquors, Vendome Bev Hills, and whatever Whole Foods is closest to him.

    There also two streets named Walnut and Hill that cross somewhere in Pasadena.

    Lots of tire and transmission repair shops in that area. Beer, not so much.
