Just curious if anyone attended the La Beer Fest at Paramount today, and if so what your interpretations were. I was fully prepared for most of the crowd being young and wanting to get a little sloshed. The fact that it's unlimited pours told me that. It was overall a very nice experience for me and my friend. It was very crowded but nicely dispersed and we didn't wait that long for pours. The beers there was definitely aimed for that crowd, very light and easy going beers. We had to search for a barley wine or a stout though, so no really big whales. Lots of new breweries and brewpubs I might not have had on my own. Overall, had a great time, but still deciding if I'd like to go again next year. Anyone else have some thoughts? Also, I did go at the 12pm to 3pm time. I wonder if the crowd changes for the 5pm to 8pm.
