LA/OC area: Restaurants/Bars/Pubs (2017)

    I thought I'd start up a thread on anything on draft related at our local pubs & restaurants that you'd like to share...or not. Notice that I'm not including brewpub's (ex-Beachwood LB) or brewery's as most of them already have their own thread going. Sometimes you might find something special at a restaurant or bar that you might like to share with others here. A special release or a one off keg that's getting ready to tap. I don't believe there is anyplace to post here in the Pacific forum except for what I've seen in the Supermarket/Bottleshop thread or the Good/Bad/Ugly thread. \
    Whenever I'm at my local BBQ joint (BT's Southern BBQ) in HB I'd like to share what's on tap there that may not be at your local spot. For instance > BT's almost always has Societe beers on tap. One if not the only place in OC/LA that's gets Societe kegs in. Right now they have the Bachelor (with CTZ hops). They also have Gunwhales Bait Ball IPA on tap for those who haven't been to their brewery in Costa Mesa yet.

    Good idea? Or not? We can at least give this a shot.

    It works, but I'd make sure to expand the scope to include any tap takeover or beer pairing dinners, for places that don't have their own thread.

    Cabo Taco Grill in La Mirada has monthly events on the 3rd Thursday of the month where you get ~20-30oz and 4 food items (usually desert in there too) for ~$30.

    Thanks for starting this, @dcgunman . Can you fix "restaurants" in the title, though? It's triggering my spelling OCD.

    Ladyface just stealth tapped it and there's currently no line at Mohawk Bend to get tickets for their tapping later today.

    I didn't see any edit tool. I've been looking around trying this and that. Nothing. What we need is an autocorrect tool.

    As @Frosty11161 said ^^ Yes, "add" Tap Takeover & beer pairing to this thread if you'd like.
    Even if I don't make it over to some of my places in and around HB I like to post what's available on tap for those who might be interested if they see something they like. Sure we have TapHunter as a guide, but a lot of places don't update there tap list on a regular basis. So if your at your local bar and see something interesting please let us know here.

    Speaking of Tap takeovers, Select Beer in Redondo Beach will be having a bottle logic night this thursday 3/2. They are going to have Byzantine, darkstar, I think haze shift, and some of their core beers on tap.

    Modern Times + Pizza Port tap takeover at Alza Osteria in Brea on March 7th.

    If anyone's in the area and has never been.. seriously bomb Italian food.
