I just got a couple more bottles of La Vermontoise and one is green which I am familiar with the other is in a brown bottle, did they switch at some point?

bottles were purchased at HF little over a week ago...

Good question, I just had a friend send me a bottle of La Vermontoise that he picked up last week in a green bottle (same as batch 1 that was in green bottles).

Would be nice to get it in brown bottles as the bottle of batch 1 I opened was skunked to a point (still drinkable but would've been much more enjoyable in brown bottles).

    Cheers!

Looked like they were in green bottles when I was at HF yesterday.

Hmm, I have some of the first batch (green) and all 4 of my bottles of the new batch are green glass as well.

I saw a pic posted of both bottles this last Thursday. It caught me by surprise also.

EDITED: OP it was your pic, I now realize.

Phil told me that Blaugies uses recycled glass which is why bottled will be of differing colors, heights, etc.
