Label Collection Ideas

Yeah, you can see on mine that I cut off or covered a lot of the extra stuff on the side of the labels. Helped to fit a lot more on there.

 

Why not fold some of the sides backwards, you will be able to fit a lot more into your frame. You'll end up seing a lot more 'logos' in stead of 'disclamers'.

 

I cut all the bar codes and government warning off all mine, so its just the artwork. I'm gonna get two or three canvases and Mod Podge them on.

 

I put them on adhesive magnetic paper and put them on my various fridges. Of course, I only keep really interesting ones, not everything.

 

Finally finished one. I'm pretty satisfied with it. I have enough to do a few more already. Thanks for the inspiration and tips fellow BA's

I stick mine on my musical instruments.

 

I've been putting mine on my beer fridge. It's starting to get really full. I also glue magnets to my beer caps, and cut six packs and cases apart and glue magnet strips on them as well.

These collages are awesome though. I might have to do some of those for my living rom.

A glass in a pocket or purse is one thing, but I want to know how you snuck a whole Applebee's bar out of the restaurant!

SRS, Craigslist for $150 + beer for my 5 friends it took to move this 13' 800lb behemoth around the house and into the walkout basement.

 

He had to hold a small impromptu bottle for us just to move it back 6 inches.

This is an awesome idea. I've already ran out of room for bottles, all I really care about is the labels anyway. Really like the artwork.

 

I collect bottle caps. I'm planning on making a coffee table with the caps and clear epoxy.

 

So I had a lot of empties and was determined to find a way to put them to use.

About to start my own project, copying a friends idea, and that's mounting the labels to artists canvas. The idea is to try and use labels of the same, or similar colour and glue to the canvas and then use a coating to protect the labels. He`s also done a canvas in the colours of the rainbow; looks darned cool.

 

Those are fucking sick!!! How did you make them?
