I save the 6/4 pk holders and cut them out to size to fit on 4x4 tiles and glue them on with mod podge.
Then a few coats on top, or just use a poly to seal them.
Have made about 100 of them, work as great gifts for friends and family.

I used to save bottles too, but it quickly got out of hand and it was too hard to decide what to keep and throw away.
Now I take off the labels, tape them to computer paper, and put them in plastic sleeves in a binder. Its much more manageable and its real easy to group all my labels by state or brewery or whatever i want to sort them by.
Its a lot of fun to flip through and see all the stuff ive tried and it works well if you dont have the wall space or shelves to display bottles or labels.

Great Idea. The Mod Podge holds the holder to the tile? Will the mod podge protect them instead of the poly?

Yes I use the Mod Podge to glue them to the tile.
As far as the top coat.... The Mod Podge will work but if you leave a glass on it long enough it might break down the Mod Podge. Just get a can of spray can poly to be safe.
