I started with Staghorn, and then moved on to several more Staghorns. Happy Labor Day....

It's a weird mellow but humid as hell day here in Pittsburgh so I don't know what I feel like yet. Definitely not fall yet but getting there, so I'm thinking maybe a Goose Island Harvest Ale. Also got a Wilco Tango Foxtrot hanging around in the fridge so maybe I'll pop that finally.

I had a Long Trail Pale Ale with lunch and I'm about to pour a bottle of Stone Sublimely Self-Righteous.

SN imperial red from the beer camp pack.

not in love with it, but not too shabby for "the beer in the pack i wasn't excited to try." good pungent hops, high bitterness, pretty well developed malt flavors. not bad at all.

moving on to my last imperial pils from the same pack later on.

I am finally getting around to having a beer on this Labor Day. Smuttynose Shoals Pale Ale is tasting pretty good. On deck, the imperial red from the Sierra Nevada Beer Camp.

    Cheers!

Nice. Love me some great pale ales. I could drink those all day.
