I'm planning on back-to-back SMASH American Pale and an Old Ale to age for the holidays. Not sure what day yet. Anyone else?

small batch (3gal) brown porter, which if it turns out alright, will be the base for a smoked pumpkin porter.

also found out there is an apiary just a few miles from my office. toying with the idea of a melomel w/ mango nectar for next summer (which will not be discussed in further detail here).

My 330lb grain order finally arrived so I am planning a 10 gallon batch of pale ale. Perhaps a dunkelweizen or weizenbock too.

Yeast is grown, hops are in freezer, full propane tank on standby, waterbottles are frozen, fermenters are clean. All there is left is the grinding and brewday.

Probably just a five gallon batch Saturday. I am having a really hard time deciding what to do...so many ideas!!!
Blonde Ale - but fall is upon us.
10 gallon Vienna Lager split between an ale (american dry hops) and lager yeasts (not sure if I can get to the LHBS before then, and I do not have the lager yeast).
German amber hybrid (pale ale malt and vienna), I have a vial of WLP011 and a butt load of Hersbrucker
    ESB with challenger and goldings
Maybe play with the idea of blackening everything...Black Blonde :astonished:

I am leaning toward the German hybrid, we'll see when the time comes.

Then I gotta bottle my RIS and brew a chinook IPA.

Saturday we are brewing a 10 gallon batch of Bock followed by a 5 gallon IPA and a 5 gallon Porter on Monday. My brewing partner's wife is out of town so he's in the clear but mine will be tapping her foot and rolling her eyes a plenty.

On Saturday I'll be figuring out how to use kegs, and once I do I'll start carbing a saison and maybe be breaking in my kegerator by Labor Day? Not sure how the timing will work out.

On Sunday I'm brewing an Old Chub clone, which will be my highest gravity brew yet.

The Old Chub? It's supposed to be 1.081 or so. I just upgraded to a 10-gallon mash tun (my old one was 6 gallons), so I can use more than ~12 lbs of grain for the first time

No brewing. Kegging 10 gallons ~7% IPA (Galaxy/Pacifica/Sorachi/Amarillo; double dry hopped), 5 gallons of ~9.5% DIPA (Apollo; quadruple dry hopped), and 3 gallons of WY3724 Saison (To be tasted alongside my ECY08 Saison), and bottling 4 gallons of Milk Stout variants. All will be consumed on the 8th at a small fundraiser for my wife's non-profit, after I draw off enough for a couple bottles for various competitions.

Instead of "Cyclone Red" wouldn't "Isaac" be a more fitting name...
