I'd agree with Lagunitas IPAs tasting the same, and although I love IPAs, I've never found Lagunitas to be that good. They all have very similar profiles, have a "slightly too watery" mouthfeel, and are just generally not as enjoyable to drink as other west coast IPAs. I know I'm in the minority on that, so whatever. At least their Cappucino stout is fantastic.

I kinda have to agree. They're still pretty tasty beers. Until is so different unless you get their stouts.

I'm not sure where everyone is coming from. I find no similarities between Lagunitas IPA and sumpin' or their cappuccino stout for that matter. However, their IPA does remind alot of SN Torpedo extra( not really a fan of either). Sumpin' and extra are similar, but that's understandable. Sumpin' is in my current top five favs though and easily the best IPA/wheat hybrid on the market.... it's an excellent brew.

    I'll second that.

They smell like fruit salad, and are tasty even when they're more than a month old.

Not hard enough to get, so I hate them

I find most craft breweries have a house taste because of their yeast strain and because they are worried about crossing too many strains of yeast. But that's what makes them distinctive along with their brewing method and water etc.

I've tried ipa, censored, sumpin sumpin, and pils and they each have their own great tastes. I don't think any are too similar.
