Finally found it draft tonight at book and bar in Portsmouth, NH during the Halloween parade and party tonight out on the patio(which was incredible to have) it's a 10, and I want to try and get more. I have 2 bottles left if the sixer now as I had to have one now as I watch Freddy.

Anyone know anywhere who still has sixers in the Seacoast NH or northern MA area still?

Also we trick or treated Monday in Portsmouth per town ordinance. Everyone takes beers around with our kids(closed off neighborhood) had green, bissell, Trillium and a born yesterday to compare and try. Born won the show, hands down. At least for the occasion.

    Happy Halloween bastards!

Classic wish-I'd-grabbed-more-than-the-one-sixpack brew. Here's to next year.

Not sure if it's close enough but Redstone in Stoneham still had some on Saturday afternoon.

Had on draft over the weekend after striking out at many package stores.

It tasted fine - maybe just me, but these haze beers are starting to taste all the same to me. You could’ve told me it was Wachusett Wally or any of the Trillium beers & I’d believe you.

I think I’ll stick to SN Celebration for a while.

They've got it at the Richmond Market. Picked up 2 sixers. Juicy stuff!

It's pretty good this year, but reminds me a lot of Two Roads Two Juicy.

Olde Bedford Package Store in Bedford had it yesterday. I assume they still do.

I'm with you on that. I picked up a six last night. Seems more grassy than juicy to me, maybe even oniony. Still pretty good, but one six will be enough, especially at the $11.99 price.

Found it again at Gary's in Portsmouth. A few on the shelves and in the cooler. One unopened case on floor and was told another in the back. $10.99 if anyone wants some

While I wasn't too impressed with Born Yesterday this year either, and did enjoy Celebration more, I don't think it's anything like Trillium. Both in appearance and flavor profile, at least to my palate.

I definitely agree many of these hazy beers start to run together, but I had some Trillium alongside Celebration and Born Yesterday. Born Yesterday was definitely third, maybe not a distant third, but clearly in third place.

May be the assertive mosaic flavor profile, but I find this year's to be similar to A Year with Dr. Nandu - albiet slightly more intense. I haven't had Melcher St in a long while, but I'd imagine many people, including myself, would have trouble distinguishing between the two (or three).

If for no other reason, I'd be able to tell due to that signature Lagunitas character I get in all of their hop forward beers. Although I don't remember it being that strong in last year's Born Yesterday, at least the hazy version anyhow.

Like I said, I didn't do a blind taste test, but I had a few Trillium's kicking around my fridge the last two weekends that I also drank Born Yesterday. They tasted quite different to me. Mainly because Born Yesterday was a hybrid to me, exhibiting characteristics of both West Coast and New England style IPAs. Luckily I also had Celebration during that time (actually I think I had Trillium, Born Yesterday, and Celebration all in the same evening), which is obviously a West Coast IPA.

Each beer was different to me. And as I've already mentioned in this thread or another, Celebration was the best of the three. Really refreshing flavor profile among all the hazy IPAs.

At the very least, you'd definitely be able to tell the difference from appearance alone between a Trillium IPA and Born Yesterday.

I'll open up a bottle from my first 6 pack and also one from my new 6'r which came from different cases. I'll do a side by side with a buddy and grab pics.

I'll be curious to see if there are any differences. Again as I said before my first few bottles and the draft I had Monday were all excellent. They were hazy and as someone else put it a great blend of east and west coast. Just a standout beer to me when I don't want an assertive trill or treehouse beer.

Last year my second six pack was completely different from my first and I was bummed I had bought two additional. Curious to see how it goes this year.

I had one a few days ago and I thought it was great. I rated it highly and then realized it was one of my highest ratings. That makes it not just world class, but a classic. My only hope is that they can repeat it - it didn't have any of the chlorophyll you can sometimes get in a wet hopped beer, and the aroma and flavor were amazing. I got it at Total Wine & More in Cherry Hill, NJ BTW.

The store owner had to remind me to buy a 6pack. Last year they had a 2 bottle limit, so he ordered more this year. Really digging this.

Had some on tap at LuLu's. I think it's encouraging to have this type of stuff available more broadly as it is so disappointing to go to a place to eat and have regular Lagunitas and a roster of other major label mediocity on tap. I know that Born Yesterday won't be consistently available, but it does show some promise.
