I understand Sucks is available from November through January, but for the past month I have only seen the 32 oz. bottles (which I have refrained from) available in the San Fernando Valley. Any word on if/when the 6-packs will be available in this area?

Since the 6-packs are the ones that are only available Nov-Jan, we should see them arrive pretty quickly. Probably on their way down on trucks as we speak. The 32oz Sucks bottles are available year round.

The 32 oz. bottles are "available year-round" according to their release schedule -- though yes, have seen a lot more around in recent months than the spring/early summer. Would expect those six-packs to appear soon since we're now within the November timeframe.

Just drink Born Yesterday until you see Sucks.

I had some Born Yesterday on Saturday that was bottled on 10/27 and it was amazing. I was really sad that I bought the last six-pack at the WF I got it from. Definitely on the hunt for more.

Thanks for clearing that up, guys. I had no idea that the 32oz. bottles was how Lagunitas decided to make Sucks available year round. That's awesome to hear!
Their timetable for Sucks makes a lots more sense to me now. Cheers!

Great advice! I've been drinking them since last Monday. Bought 3 6-packs of them already.
One I had yesterday was tasting eerily similar to the little sumpin' wilds. Don't know if my taste was thrown off by something I had previous to it or if the flavor profile changed that much in a week. I kept them all refrigerated too.

Went looking for some Tuesday with no luck, even though the whole "Born Yesterday" idea was that they bottled it Monday and you could be drinking it Tuesday. Looked again on Friday and still nothing.

Going to bump this one up as I am very curious. What the hell happened to the six packs this year!? Very disappointed!

Sorry, didn't realize this was in the regional forum. But the question still stands. Anyone know?

Nothing happened. Was never supposed to be released as a seasonal six pack this year. 32oz are the year round format.

New member here and I just discovered this great DIPA a couple weeks ago. It quickly rose to the top of my value per oz DIPA rankings. I learned that SUCKS used to come in holiday/seasonal six packs but has since turned into a year round offering in 32oz bombers. But I was told by some battle shop owners that it was still a seasonal brew. So to end the confusion I emailed Lagunitas, below is a copy of that email.

    Me:
    Hi Lagunitas,
I have heard conflicting information about the Lagunitas Sucks. Is it still a season beer or is now in the year round rotation?
    Thanks, Love the Beer!!!

    Lagunitas Response:
    YEAR ROUND!!!!

It is going to be launched in March ish so depending on where in the world you’re located, it will probably be mid-March till you see those six-packs hitting the shelves.
HOPE THAT MAKES YOUR FRIDAY BETTER!!!!

Six packs are online now at craftshack so they should be showing up through there distributing network soon.

I hope so, this would be a welcome new addition to the Lagunitas year-round lineup. And based on the pricing of their other beers, these six packs could be one of the best DIPA deals based on price vs quality.

Was at my local distro's warehouse yesterday (monday) and saw a bunch of 6 pack cases. Should be hitting stores this week if it hasn't already hit your area

While I was quite happy to see the 6ers, I was disappointed at how old they are as it just hit the shelves in this format. We're halfway through March, so not all that stoked to see it was bottled almost a month ago. I was able to find the 32s fresher than that from time to time. Disappointing given we're less than 90 miles from Petaluma, but I guess some of that blame belongs to the distributor as well. But hell, we had Born Yesterday 1 day after it was bottled holding true to its name. I know, I know, first world problems!

there isn't a big difference between 1 week old and a month old. Get over yourself
