Lagunitas Sucks bottling date taste difference

    I drank a 339/3 (December 5th) bottle of Sucks about an hour ago. It was super fresh and amazing in both aroma and taste. Now I'm cracking open a 340/3 (December 6th) bottle and it has a vegetable / almost unpleasant smell, with the taste not holding up to what I love as shown in the 339/3 batch. Anyone else noticing this with their 340/3 bottles? It's still drinkable, but not nearly 'Sucks'. Thankfully I've only had a couple of 340/3 bottles in my case.

    Just cracked a 336. Even better than I remember last years being. Huge, beautiful nose. I'll probably be buying another six pack before it's gone, and maybe I'll try to avoid the 340 if I see it.

    Hmm, I must have got the first couple of pours for my 340 batches, because they weren't nearly as good as they should have been. Oh well, the rest of my bottles are 339's so I'm not too worried about it anymore. Just kind of 'suck'ed that I had a couple unpleasant bottles...
