Opened a bottle of Sucks last night, and to my surprise, it was filled with floaties. I've had this beer dozens of times before and never noted any sediment, so I was concerned as to what could possibly be floating around in the beer.[IMG]
I ended up just pouring it out and opening another one, which was clear as usual. Anyone every have an issue with Sucks before?

Pouring it out? What a waste. Just floaties E.G. Yeast sediment, hops, etc...
It'll put hair on your chest.

Nope. Unless one bottle somehow escape their filtering, it seems unlikely to be "just floaties eg yeast, sediment, hops, etc."

I wish Sucks was Heady Topper like unfiltered!! It would be so much better!!

What else could it be? Floaties are pretty common. I've never seen'em myself, but from what I've read and heard, it's maybe just a less-than-100% filtered batch.

    I actually prefer floaties.

And I love how a site occupied entirely by adults refer to something as "floaties".

Better it be "floaties" than "floaters"

Dont be concerned, it's just hops and or yeast. I too have noticed floaties in this year's batch and IMO the one with the floaties tasted better to me. I'll trade you for your sucks with floaties for my remainder of sucks without floaties.

Lagunitas floaties would be much better than those plain orange ones I always use.

Ehh, I think its mostly man-children.

I know this is about floaties and whatnot, but I don't think I'll ever get over how stupid those IPA glasses look

    Note to any reading brewer:
    >Brew a beer with a shit ton of floaties.
    >Name the beer Floaties.
    >Have people complain about it festering with floaties.
