Saw it on tap in Bucks County today, but haven't seen it at any stores just yet. Has anyone seen bottles around?

Thanks... If it was on tap it is not any longer.

Origlio still hasn't put out a date for bottles to hit SEPA...The original shipment was not their full allotment and they're waiting to get the full allotment before distribution.

This is just unbelievable. I haven't seen any sucks around these parts in more than a month, that's how long ago beer bars and retailers ran through it out here.

I simply do not understand why they just sit on it when the rest of the U.S. is enjoying it? Ever heard of born on dates and freshness??? Someone has to question Origlio if it is indeed them holding the philly market ransom....

Anywhoo, I am hearing shipments as early as next Monday for several bottle shops in the Philly burbs so hopefully the wait is almost over... cheers!

Only thing I can guess is that supply is much lower than demand, and I guess this is a way to make sure that all of Origlio's accounts get a fair allotment (my only guess). I don't think we'll see it on shelves long at all. Hopefully the rumors of Sucks becoming a year aren't just that; rumors.

I went down to DC for an overnight trip and found Sucks at a Whole Foods. Got it back to the hotel room and found that it was bottled on 11/23/13 (Julian date of 327)...so it was seven weeks old. I am sorry to say I was really disappointed in it...it lost a lot of it's hop profile...and it just did not taste like previous batches to me. Curious to see what others find...and what your bottling dates are. I am going to wait till I can get it fresh...

I last had a bottle several weeks or so before X-mas. Our area didn't seem to get a very large allotment, so no surprise that it was gone very quickly. For what it's worth, I thought it tasted great. I'm not sure how fresh it was (the store had just gotten it in the day before I bought it), but my guess is that it was no more than a week or two old.

As it turns out, I was also in California for several days before X-mas as well. I was hoping to find it on tap in the bay area and/or wine country, but didn't see it anywhere. I was surprised, as last year around the same time the beer was available almost everywhere I looked. Not this year.

Well, if Sucks is anything like Flower Power...I know that FP tastes much different for me given a short bit of age. I got the Ithaca Box of Hops when it was only ten days old...and the FP in it was great. Fast forward two months and a buddy of mine got a box and it was two months old (same bottling date)... and I could tell the FP was not what it was when really fresh.

From what I heard in other threads there are multiple batches so we can only hope that if we get more it's one of the later batches and that your store doesn't get any of the first batch that got shipped.

Joe Canals in NJ now has Sucks. (A few of the stores are just a couple miles from PA border.) 6 Pack was $10.49.

    Happy hunting....

Still no sucks in the Philly suburbs? What about Delaware? I drive by a total wine on the way home from work.

I spoke to the "beer keeper" at Wegmans in Malvern last week and said they would have some Monday (1/13), but to no avail. Not sure WTF the problem is.
