Got another 6 pack at Cheers in Highland Village, and there selection of beer is weak to begin with, so it's out there.

Whole Foods in Dallas seems to have it in 6-packs now. Crisis averted.

Still wouldn't mind finding the 32 ozer.

Total Wine in Dallas got it today too...I didn't see any 32oz'ers though.

Man I am striking out everywhere I can think of for this in Austin. Was it extremely limited this time around?

    64 cases, iirc.

Check central market south? I haven't been there recently but their tweet indicated a decent amount was delivered.

Yeah, HEB's and CM tend to get more(volume)Lagunitas stuff in general.

Not sure how 64 cases compares to other releases but made many stops and Austin seems extremely light. Hit once, just missed a couple of times but most hadn't got it (yet?). No one seems to know if they are getting any/getting more. I'm glad for what I was able to find, it's as good as I remembered. Definitely eased the pain of X-Mas wrapping :grinning:.

It's about the same size as every other drop we've gotten of this beer.... hopefully like the 2011 Sucks Release... there will be a 2nd "Christmas Leftovers" release, heh.

Don't ya' know how it is here in h-town? The distributors in this town prefer to sit on all beers, including hoppy ones, for at least two months longer than elsewhere to give it that nice aging effect. They see it as a service so that we don't have to age them in our cellars as long.

What's everyone's thoughts on this year's batch? This has been my favorite IPA from the moment I first had, but I feel like it may have taken a slight step back this year. I'm not as knocked out by the grapefruit aroma as years past.

Don't get me wrong, it's still excellent. It's just not in my top slot anymore based on the one I had last night.

    Happy new year's!

Supposedly TX won't be getting the 32 oz. growlers, only the standard 12 oz. in 6 packs
