    My impression exactly.

I enjoyed last year's version. I am not a big fan of this year's due to the sweetness aspect.

    Cheers!

Just had this year's version. Yes, it seems a bit sweeter, but I am really enjoying this. It's balanced with a massive dank and sticky aspect.

What is going on here?.... High Westified is still out or is this an older picture?

That's gotta be old. I found Cirtrusinesis and figured it was out before High Westified? Maybe I'm mistaken. that's a mother load of a jackpot if I ever saw one though

No. I found Citrusinensis in Myrtle Beach at some Publix supermarket. Found High West in NJ earlier in February I think

Haha!! Yep, I knew what you were talking about. My cry was just a general pleading to the beer peeps in NJ.

Waldo hit the Nashville market this week. $11.99 for a sixer, at least where I picked some up this morning (Midtown). Can't wait to try this year's batch. For what it's worth, I know Maryland Farms has sixers and growler fills, as well. But I would imagine most places in town are now stocked.

I'm finding this year's release a bit of a step backward from last year's. It's still really good, but to me it doesn't have the same level of dank aroma that last year's version had. I also agree with others saying it's a tad sweeter this year. Happy 4/20.

I got one of the last two six packs left. It just seems like an amped up version of Hop Stoopid to me, which is fine by me. I like it.

Ok is it just me (subjective taste of course)
    BUT
I have to start by saying this is the first time having this beer.

Being from Northern NJ, why does this remind me of six points
    HI-RES?

Is this their version of HI-RES? Or HI-Res version of Waldo's?
    all my subjective taste opinion.

Good comparison - hadn't dawned on me. Actually prefer this year's Hi-Res to Waldos'.

I think I agree with you. Hi-Res was extra nice this year and Waldo took a slight step backwards, but man they are both outstanding.

I do believe that is exactly what the beer is, same base malt recipe, etc. At least from a video I saw 5 years ago it was.

Damn, that bad boy is indeed even sweeter this year (as many have mentioned). And boozy as hell. Not going to win any awards for being refined. But sometimes it's fun to just be punched in the senses by a beer, and Waldo certainly fits the bill. I dig it.
