Looks like those clowns pushed the date yet again based on recent instagram post
Odd they blame omicron but that didn't stop them from releasing all their other shit .

Now they're saying "promise you'll see it before the year ends"

The only beer i give a fuck about that they make .

Their Imperial Stout bombers used to be my daily drinkers. They discontinued that. They pulled theit copper ale, dog town, havent released cappuccino, fucked up Brown Shugga ( i tried the new version and it's way too one sweet), haven't released under cover shutdown, i can go on.
    Yea. I'm pretty frustrated
One of the 3 California Imperial Stouts that are worth buying and they keep yankin my chain.

I've already got someone in Michigan who's sending me some. If i get desperate I'll reach out, i am tempted to do so now.
You ever had to get something with distro in your state sent by someone from halfway across the country in a trade?

Yeah, I too am wondering why they say that Omicron delayed this particular beer, twice now apparently, while other beers don't seem to be affected. That was a rather vague post of theirs. Oh well, there are still plenty of other good beers out there to drink in the meantime.

my son lives in Easton and I was thinking of having him pick me up some SMS, but the brewery only sells it in 32oz crowlers. I know it's not like a real can, but how long does a beer start fresh in a crowler?

He should be able to find it around elsewhere.

He might be about to, I'll have him check around. He lives about two miles from the brewery so I figured I would try there first.

Just curious- have you ever had issues obtaining any of their beers before covid? I'm a fan too and their distribution has always been stellar... I'd prob. give them a break and after all- we are never guaranteed or promised the craft beer we all enjoy and are spoiled by.

That being said I was a bit bummed by not finding any born yesterday / Contents under fresher which is my favorite Lagunitas beer. Even if its 1-2 months late i'd still consider getting a 4 pack of Willitized a score!

That cappucino stout was sure tasty too, (and dirt cheap to boot.)

Most of the shit i would buy was gone before covid. Imperial stout bombers, WTF, hairy eyeball, undercover shutdown.
I am spoilttt but thats their fault!
I can wait a few months for Willettized, but have been considering putting out an ISO for a crowler( or 3) from their seattle location

It's now saying "Fall '22" for a release date for Willettized on the Lagunitas website.

My guess is it won’t be good and it will be expensive.

    Enjoy

I saved one from last year that I was going to do a side by side, but I think I'll just drink it before Fall.
