The only one I've been to is Primal. Its been a while since I've been there but I would go back. I had one beer (an IPA I think) and it was good. Nice little place. Crafty Beers Guys, which is a nice bottle shop, is close by there as well and is worth a stop. Lots more options if you head into Charlotte.
D9 has some decent stuff, the Viking Froach is pretty good, I like the taproom. Assclown has some interesting stuff, some good, some not so good. They had a Ghost Pepper IPA last summer that was awesome Bayne is bland in every way possible.
I wasn't blown away by Ass Clown and D9 when I first stopped by early this year, but I've since had a couple of good beers from each place. I'm not sure what their availability is on-site, but I've had some pretty decent sours recently from both places. I'd say both places are worth a visit if you're in the Cornelius/Davidson area. Lake Norman Brewing is a little north of there. Although your opinion may vary, I thought their best beers were mediocre at best.
The Salty Caper Mooresville is a pizza place that owns its own brewery, New Sarum Brewing, and usually have a good selection of their own beers and others from big breweries. They do amazing wood fired pizza with fresh ingredients. I know that they don't currently have any New Sarum beers, because the actual brewery location is in the process of being opened, but they should be back up and running in January.
