    Hi Advocates,

I am heading down to NYC and Philly this weekend .I have a specific tick I am looking to make. Any idea on a Beer bar that might have a LPF and/other rarer lambics available? Living in a small town in Massachusetts, I figured the bigger cities might present the opportunity. Alternatively, If some one has a LPF to trade, I could bring down some Tree House beers- I have a few more limited options like a Unique artist drawn label Blank, a Nascent Truth, a vanilla Nascent Truth, and Persist. I could also facilitate a proxy run. Please steer me towards the better beer bars that could help me tick some lambics, and of course, if you are interested in trading, let me know. I am also on the look out for Atrial Rubicite and Spon beers from Jester King at a bar or for trade. I will be staying south of Central Park on Saturday- Tuesday and Tuesday to Thursday in South Philly.

As regards Philly the likely most 'popular' suggestion will be to visit Monks Cafe. I don't know if you will find the specific gems you seek but you can peruse the list of bottles they have:

    Cheers!

While Monk's is never a bad suggestion, I'd caution you to put too much faith in the bottle list -especially if you're looking for something specific- as it is very often listing things that are "out of stock" or "the last one was just taken." They almost certainly won't have an LPF to try, and I don't know any bars that would.

I don't know of anywhere that would have Spon, either, but if you're interested in sours generally and spontaneously fermented beers I'd highly recommend (1) anything from Referend, which you can find on the shelves in some stores in-between NYC and Philly and (2) visiting Fermentory Form (but make sure you learn about their opening hours, before visiting).

Near Form is bars like Memphis Tap and Interstate Drafthouse (both have plenty of 3F available, may be some Referend on tap, always something good either way), as well as Human Robot nearby.

    Enjoy!

Jester King bottles and draft options have been available at a lot of Brooklyn bars recently.

For lambic I’d head to Törst.

Gold Star Beer counter, Bierwax and Beer Street South are all within walking distance of each other and worth looking into.

I was also going to suggest Grand Delancey. Plenty of lambic options.

Not really what you're looking for but since you're living in Mass, hit up Armsby Abbey in Worcester. I've only been once but they have Lambics on tap and bottle up there
