Was able to pick up a 4-pack of Major Tom today at the brewery. They had very little left, but they had that (not listed) plus 4 other cans on their list. Super-stoked to get to take some home. They are doing great things out there in Cambridge.

We had two "back up" cases (in case of droppage) that came back off the truck today and got put back in the fridge. Sorry about that - there weren't any when I responded to you!

    Wow.

What a beer! And hot on the heels of Major Tom too. These guys are making some serious waves.

Drive an hour and a half and queue for another, or grab a few of these on the way home. Simple choice really

also enjoying the lawyers, guns, and honey. Not always a huge fan of honey beers but it's nicely done and it tastes like maybe some rye in it?

Picked it up at yankee spirits in swansea, along with some rabbit rabbit.

and just had the rabbit rabbit, and though I'm typically in the IPA>DIPA camp, this is phenomenal. I've had a dud (double wit, ugh), and a meh (werewolves porter, good taste but so much sludge left over), but I've really enjoyed some of their beers. Kinda hard to justify waiting in lines when these are on my local packies' shelves. I'll def check out the taproom soon.

I’ve also had a Lawyers Guns and Honey recently, and it’s probably my second favorite offering from them after Major Tom... which my wife is enjoying at the minute....

Tap room isn't great. Lots of folks drinking coffee and working on MacBooks. Not a great environment if you wanna hang at a bar a drink a few pints

bar area has also been a little crowded in general when i’ve been there, for my taste at least (i’m not a big bar guy though, i do most of my drinking at home). however, buying cans there is really easy. no line, no wait. takes 30 seconds.

Yeah, that taproom is an issue. Take the worst of Starbucks and cross it with over analyzing beer geeks and it’s a recipe for frustration. Was there once and we had people hovering over us that had brought a birthday(?) cake and a board game with them to take over one of the tables in the back. Like, we would have stayed for a while drinking a couple rounds, but somehow felt out of place trying to drink beer in a taproom.

We're doubling taproom size in the next few months - construction is ongoing in the back, should hopefully alleviate some of the crowding issues. Capacity is increasing from 106 to 210ish.

It’s definitely a little different than most tap rooms, when you figure in the coffee bar and the folks working on their laptops. However, the wife and I had a nice afternoon there and would certainly go back!

Yeah, that's a good point. The can line being completely separate is excellent. In and out in no time.

That'd be great. Last time I was there I managed to get a couple of seats at the bar but I still felt like I was getting in the way of folks. Great beers, especially some of the recent iPas. If it could be a decent place for a pint or three I think it's be a top destination in the area. All things considered, for a brewery so young there's still a lot more upsides than not

Major Tom is outstanding. That's all I have to add to the conversation.
