So I wanted to land a CBS and I don't know what it will take to land one. I don't have much ammo for it, but from a list of a few available things, what would be a reasonable ISO:FT? I think 2 DLs cold get it done, esp for older vintages. Not so sure abot the others. I got mine with a BA Yeti for what it's worth. Good luck!
From some of the more recent posting, I'd say for most people holding CBS probably not (I'm assuming DL's would be this year's). If you offer up 2 bottles of that list, you'll probably find a trader who will take it though so throw up an ISO and see.
Thanks! My issue is the DL's... I don't know if I'll be able to get 1, let alone 2. Kinda why I'm waiting to throw it up yet, want to get a feeler for later. I appreciate the input!
People who like it love it. I wasn't a fan so I sent out all of mine as extras. This won't be "easy" but I definitely could see someone outside of Three Floyd's country doing the the trade for Dark Lords.
For what it's worth, try trading for a King Henry...Then throw up an ISO...I was able to trade a King Henry for a CBS...I'm sure you'll get a good amount of bites as well...
It seems like people want to trade CBS for other BA beers. In CA I feel I have access to HTF IPAs more so than a lot of BA stouts, but I'm not sure how much success I'd have trying to make a trade like that, even if it was $4$ or quantity-assisted.
