Are you sure that it's an expiration date? I haven't had it in a long time and then, it was on draught.

It must be too fresh. OP, if you have any more of them just use them to make beer bread.

if you're willing to drink landshark at all then I say, the older the better, and drink as much of it as you can....no reason.

Wait, they still make that stuff? I thought it was a one-time (like one summer) thing they did when Inbev sponsored a Jimmy Buffet tour? I haven't seen it up here in the wilderness, but, I do need some ticks.......

Wait, it's not made in Jimmy Buffet's basement brewery? :astonished: WTF?

It actually pre-dates InBev buying AB by a year or so.

It's growing older but not growing up. Honestly I would just drink it, not much you can do to that stuff.

Yup AB owns it and I believe LandShark is only sold in Florida

Works pretty well as a lawn mower beer. Gotta be cans though. They disco'd cans in my area and haven't had one since.

Yeah, the "Jimmy Buffet's basement brewery" comment was a joke.
As others noted above, Landshark Lager was distributed quite widely by AB - in its first year of release, 2007, it was being sold in markets such as NJ, PA, IN, IL, MD and VA, just based on ads.

Originally the labels listed only "Jacksonville" (location of AB's Florida brewery) and was probably only brewed there initially, but eventually AB's LL label approvals were for all their breweries and the city on the label was changed to AB headquarters "St. Louis" but you'd have to check the bottle/can code to find out which brewery.

Landshark is SOOO common in South Jersey, and for a cheap beer it isn't the worst. Every summer if you buy a 24 of cans you get a free cooler at my local liquor store. Worth it just for the cooler, not a bad beach beer (way better than Corona but that is not saying much). Cheers!

It's basically a Corona knock off.
