    Drinking my first bigfoot ever, I've always seen it but never picked it up for whatever reason; it's great! May follow it up with another or split some DFH noble rot with my wife. Cheers all!

    Mayflower Spring Hop. They changed the hops this year and the beer is still good, very good but it is not quite the world class wonder it was last year. This year Spring Hop is more bitter but just as easy to drink, and I plan on drinking alot of it.

    I went to Big Boss In Raleigh. They tapped kegs of Buffalo Trace aged Aces & Ates. It was the closest NC has come to KBS. Decent body, but lacking the vanilla and oak from the barrel. It got mostly Bourbon. I finished the night with a small pour of Big Operator.
