    Hey all - after a nice holiday weekend, back to reality. What are you all sippin' on this evening to make the week a bit more bearable?

    For me, working on my 12 Heady Toppers while they are fresh and delicious...

    First ever Hop Stoopid. Interesting brew! The first sip had me jumping for joy, then there was this strange taste coming through... Still like it, but had a strange earthy taste to it.

    My first ever Southern Tier 2XIPA. Not bad, but not great IMO.
    Dark Horse Crooked Tree. I need to drink this more regularly.
    Now on a '12 Bigfoot. It's mellowed noticeably in the few weeks I've let it sit. The 4 I have left will be drank sparingly so I can taste what time does to them (I hear good things).

    More to come, most likely.
