    Good evening all.

When I got home from work, I had a couple of Deschutes Red Chair NWPA, now I'm sipping on a Leinenkugel's Big Eddy Russian Imperial Stout...it's tasting very damn good right now.

    What beer are you enjoying?

I had dinner at Bavarian Brathaus. Man did the German Hefeweizens flow tonight. Weihenstephaner, Ayinger Weizen-Bock, and a 1L stein of Schneider Weisse all went down no problem.

I think I'll open up a Cherry Adam tonight. Maybe a Pretty Things Barleywine if I really feel adventurous.

Now I'm sipping on a Founders Breakfast Stout while watching Swamp People that I recorded last night .

    Cheers !

Spinach and Traditional Bratwurst with a side of Red Cabbage. I prefer the Spatzle. The cabbage had cinnamon on it, and that was different but good.

Working on a New Belgim Biere de Mars. Enjoyable beer, I would normally prefer a strong flavor profile but this is approachable and balanced.

    Cheers!

Cinnamon on the cabbage?? Wow, definitely different. I guess I could try that as the Red is a side favourite of mine.

It was free, so i gave it a whirl. Im def gonna go with either the spatzle or hot potato salad from now on.

The first batch of BDM was so delicious; I have a feeling I won't see the new one.
