    Saison du Buff DFH version tonight. Amazingly different beer to me out of the bottle than when I had it on draft at the brewpub. Everything seems to have melded together better in the bottle. I still think this would make a great brine for smoking a turkey breast.

    I'm fairly new to BA. I'm at pediatric resident in Arkansas and I've been working nights for the past two weeks (and will be for the majority of the next two months), which means essentially no brew for me. Just wanted to say I thoroughly enjoying drinking vicariously through this thread each night :grinning:

    I'm off tomorrow night though; with a fridge full of Stone and Boulevard lying in wait. Cheers.

    LOL! Now's there's one I never heard of!! I had it last year at Fat Heads in Pittsburgh, I absolutely agree, it's an IPA that can really hold it's own, they did a TREMENDOUS job. I live in Eastern PA and brought some growlers back, LOVED it!!! However, I didn't know they are now bottling the stuff!!

    Oh yeah! Had a chance to drink both of those last week, the 3F is very impressive.

    This, on the other hand, is not. But it looks gorgeous!

    Now it's Mikkeller Overall Imperial IPA on tap, holy cow! Anyone who lives in the Buffalo area, do not pass and go, do not collect $200 and head straight to Pizza Plant on Transit Road. Do it now before it's too late!!! This place never ceases to amaze me whenever I'm traveling through this area.
