    Not 100% flat! That's a win, right? ...but is it supposed to be tart and somewhat acidic? The ingredient bill didn't allude to that...​

    Uinta Dubhe Black Imperial IPA.. It was okay, nothing to blow me away. Unita's beer have a similar taste that I'm not completely on board with.

    Abita Strawberry Harvest Lager... I like Abita, this beer is okay too, but nothing I'd go back for unless I wanted a really, REALLY light beer with some flavor. On a hot day, and you wanted to kick something back quick, and wanted some fruity pebbles... Do it.

    Moved on to a Southern Tier 2XIPA from my growler. Pretty good beer I always go back too.

    After dinner, I've moved on to a Terrapin Moo-Hoo. Pretttty good, a favorite of mine, just wish it had more "ummphff" to it. Kinda thin.

    I will decide on my dessert beer later. I have birthday cake to eat from yesterday that I didn't get to have since I was sick as hell.

    Having my very first one of these!!! I absolutely LOVE it! So happy that I got to grab some good brews that we can't find in NC. Got a bottle of Firestone Double Jack and a few Resin as well. Loving me some IPAs tonight.

    in honor of a productive Monday and the King of All Media premiering on AGT tonight decided to pop some heavyweights in the fridge.

    started off with the 2010 vintage...the plan is to open the 2011 with a few ounces left of the 2011 for comparison sake...assuming i can handle all them ABVs (2010 is 15.1 and 2011 is 14.5). HELL of a beer...

    Went to brouwers earlier, sat on the patio, had a pint of pliny, followed by a 12 oz. Snifter of Nectar Black Xantus (goddamn amazing) now I'm back home enjoying some sierra nevada summerfest, it's my friday, yes!!!!!!

    I was really impressed by the few St. Arnold's offerings I've received in trades. Definitely would like to try more at some point.
