    Otter creek 20th anniversary ale from 2011, still a bit got but have definitely begun to develop some beautiful characteristics, I'd give it another 6-8 months

    Ah Labor Day weekend...also known to those around me as the cosmic birthday weekend!!! Was actually born on Labor Day many MANY moons ago, but this year it falls on a Tuesday (which happens to be my favorite night to celebrate - double score!!!)

    Tonight popping open a vintage I've never had of the beer pushed me over the edge into beer geekery, Three Philosophers. Looking to pop open the bourbon barrel aged version of this bad boy before this bottle is complete.
