    Sorachi-hopped French Saison sounds AMAZING. Are you pleased with how it came out?

    Tonight I continued with my mission of giving y'all a comprehensive write-up on as much of the Brazilian market as possible. Turns out, Brazilian macros are just as forgettable as American macros. But, like the American ones, are certainly refreshing when it's hot as shit.

    It did turn out really nicely. It has been in the bottle for just over a month, and it continues to get better each time I crack one open. The pepper characteristic just gets bolder and bolder, in a great way. Here is a proper picture after a fresh pour:
